Deep Squats (Thoughts)
What an amazing time we had on Saturday with 25.1. I love seeing everyone going hard on the workout AND going hard supporting each other. We’re doing it again this Saturday. It’s not too late to register and join in. Even one Open workout experience is worth it.
We have a clue for 25.2!!!
Coming in SHOT from Dave Castro, Director of The CrossFit Games, is this weeks clue. FIND IT ON OUR INSTAGRAM POST

The Lincoln Lawyer Series on Netflix:
Need a lawyer? Call Mickey Haller. He runs his law practice out of his Lincoln, and he’s ready to hit the gas. Moving through Los Angeles, he takes cases while balancing a private life that includes being a father and having two ex-wives.
Tim’s Take: On Kristen’s suggestion, we started watching this and I was immediately hooked. We’re halfway through the first season and I enjoy the characters and their development. There are also potential clues to future events dropped all the time and it’s fun to see if/when they’ll pop up. Just a fun show to watch.
Thank you for your support.
I look forward to what we will do together.
