To put it plainly, the way to fitness is simple, but it is not easy.

If you are willing to work for it, we will provide the direction and means to achieve it.

Level 1 Testing Begins

April 1, 2010 by CrossFit Palo Alto

How strong is your base?

Level 1 testing has begun and runs for the month of April. This testing is entirely optional, yet highly valued by our members. By meeting the criteria for each level of fitness outlined on our Resources page, you will get a very accurate guage of your fitness. HERE is a link to the spreadsheet.

Members of CrossFit Palo Alto that choose to test for Level 1 will be required to complete the entire list of Level 1 skills within the month of April. To aid in the tracking of this accomplishment, all candidates are required to use the spreadsheet provided by CFPA. Please note: EVERYONE who desires to test for Levels 2, 3 and 4 in the future must pass Level 1 to be considered eligible to test for higher levels.

Following the conclusion of testing, there will be a gym-wide BBQ/Level 1 Awards/Olympic Weightlifting Shoe Dedication Party in May.
