So many of you are traveling this Summer and still dropping in to other gyms or hitting workouts in hotels. Keep sending those pics!

Back at home, we are incredibly excited for the 2026 CrossFit Games that are happening in San Jose! This is the 20th edition of the Games and the hype train is just getting warmed up from CrossFit and the CrossFit Games Instagram channels.

You can also check out some of the Road to the Games videos on YouTube.

We’ve mentioned in class how amazing it is to have the opportunity to watch The Games in person. And we have tickets available to purchase at a 25% discount.

We need to sell 16 of the following tickets by June 24th or we lose the discount.

Jerry Seinfeld Commencement Address

Seinfeld urged graduates to remember to laugh and navigate life with humor. “All of you here, without question, are the best of the best. Just don’t lose your humor. It’s not an accessory. It’s your Stanley Cup water bottle on the brutal, long hike of life.”

Tim’s Takeaway: I like the acknowledgement that the graduates are all very privileged and they should lean into that. I take it as a reminder of my own abundance of opportunity and to not waste it.
